Human Services Agreement

This operational agreement is written for clarity and requires qualified legal review for the laws applicable to a particular customer or transaction.

Controlling scope

The accepted written quote controls the service, in-scope websites, pages, companies, systems, deliverables, price, delivery estimate, exclusions, acceptance criteria, review terms, and correction window. Starting prices are not unlimited-scope offers.

Customer responsibilities and authorization

The customer confirms it owns or is authorized to submit every website, system, document, and item of information involved. The customer supplies accurate requirements, lawful access, decisions, and feedback needed to perform the work. Passwords, card details, private keys, and confidential documents must not be submitted through public intake.

Delivery and acceptance

Delivery is recorded on the secure order page. Acceptance is measured only against the written acceptance criteria. The customer should report a material failure during the stated review or correction window. Requests outside scope use a written change order and may change price or timing.

Revisions and corrections

Included corrections are limited to bringing the agreed deliverables into line with the accepted scope and criteria. New features, additional pages, changed requirements, and third-party changes are out of scope unless agreed in writing.

Intellectual property

Each party retains its pre-existing materials, tools, methods, and intellectual property. Rights in project-specific deliverables are governed by the accepted quote and apply after full payment, subject to third-party licenses.

Service limits

HubVibe does not guarantee legal compliance, immunity from claims, search rankings, revenue, purchase intent, uninterrupted availability, or complete security. Automated findings and qualified manual review are labeled separately.
