A professional audit includes qualified manual review only when the written scope expressly says so and delivery capacity is confirmed. Audits and remediation do not guarantee ADA or WCAG compliance, lawsuit prevention, immunity from claims, or elimination of fines.

Security

Security-header findings cover the checks stated in the deliverable and do not constitute a penetration test, vulnerability assessment, certification, or guarantee that a system is secure. No security review can prove that every weakness is absent.

SEO, performance, and intelligence

Search, performance, company, competitor, and opportunity findings are evidence-based snapshots. HubVibe does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, purchase intent, or future behavior. Sources, methods, uncertainty, and inaccessible targets are disclosed rather than invented.

Third-party processing and customer authorization

HubVibe uses only the systems and third-party providers needed for the accepted work. Customers must be authorized to submit targets and information. Confidential documents are not accepted through public intake; any separately authorized transfer must identify relevant third-party processing before use.
